Since the reappearance of the City of Shade floating above the Anauroch desert, Shar has made her presence known as well.
Many Drow have flocked to her following, causing an internal war between Drow factions.
Several Red Wizards now pray to Her, as well as most barbaric humanoids of the North.
And as creatures of insignificance and importance alike are killed in Her name, Shar quickly climbes ranks.
And when Elders or Aspects are killed, She shall become a full-fledged Deity once more.
The descending Harbinger brings opportunities as well; Undead crawl from the earth and people soon grow desperate for help.
In becoming Shar's faithful each individual can fight Undead more effectively, be they Evil or Good.
In the not-so-far future, Shar could well become the foremost Goddess of Magic.
