'Madge "Fingers" Madgerson.
An a-typical dwarf became a typical stay-at-home dwarf in time.
Growing up with groping fingers and the tendency to find other people's stuff, gave him both his nickname as well as his dubious reputation.
Over the years he gained emnity in both his clan and his land and so he wandered the country and learned
that most stuff that you can find is not in other people's possession...yet.
That is why he turned his back to his former profession (Rogue) and became a full-time Dungeon Delver.
Although it was profitable, it was also a dangerous thing to do.
That is when his Hostel came into play.
Wanting to settle down, but not without some lively entertainment now and then and lured to the location because dwarfs were tunneling underground, he built his Tavern.
Supposedly because an ancient dwarven aquaduct ran beneath the location and through the mountain.
Madge overheard the Legend of Sonnlinor and when the dwarven crew came by (with their reliquary) he offered them his ales
and warm rooms. The crew never left..with aforementioned reliquary..
And so it was renamed: Hostel of the Sacred Stone.
And the piece of Sonnlinor Stoneheart's bone enthralled many a traveler to come by and see the Hostel, its proprietor
and other adventurers.
Madge has always known of the Cabal of Kobolds living underneath in the tunnel system, but always thought of them as a small nuisance.
Only recently have they began to creep out of his well.
First to scavenge, then to dig through the refuse and the bins, then (as Madge stopped leaving trash outside) to attack the horses and other mounts.
So now, he wants it all to end. Hopefully peacefully, and these new guests could relay the message for him.
Enter Coop, Shadow, Xander, Nihlus.
