Valley of the Black Tower

Mokmurian used his magic to impress the Harpies and his silver tongue to forge a tenuous alliance with their master, so that they allowed him to explore the caves below the tower's foundation.
When Mokmurian returned from his journey to the lost city, the Harpies and their Undead master could sense the Runelord's influence on him and their alliance became more solid.
They even helped Mokmurian built a fortress around the cave entrance and incorporated the Black Tower into surrounding wall.
Mokmurian's army came to populate the fortress soon thereafter; he houses his favored troops in the buildings within its walls and has directed other tribes to set up camps in the valley beyond as they arrive.
The Valley of the Black Tower is relatively small, and Jorgenfist dominates the view.
At the western edge of the valley entrance, a lone watchtower stands upon a low hill, but it is overshadowed by the larger one that looms in the valley proper.
There stands a ring-shaped stone wall, 50 feet in height and surrounding several buildings, the most impressive of which is a black tower with blade-like crenellations that overlook the river gorge. Within the ring, a 150 feet tall stone spire rises, surrounded by 3 low buildings.
Apart from the black tower, 5 smaller towers are built into the fortress wall; one of them is wider and seems to be the only gateway into the courtyard.
The fortress is not the only sign of life, for surrounding it are 7 camps of towering tents, yurts, and stone shelters.
Black Fist; a tribe of Hill Giants led by a beady-eyed chieftain named Doach.
Red Shield and Nightshade; Allied Ogre clans led under Papa Beshk.
Maidens of Minderha; All female Stone Giant tribe led by Halvara.
Jormunsir; Stone Giants led by a one-eyed, grizzled old Giant named Vlorian.
Valissgander; Tribe of Stone Giants led a loud and abusive thug named Zinderall.
Crannoch; Stone Giant tribe led by Oriandian, including 12 Dire Bears.
Kavarvatti; Once Mokmurian's tribe, he killed its elder and named Barl Breakbones its leader. Who, after being his apprentice, was sent to strongarm the Kreeg Ogres into service.
Now, since Barl's demise, Drogart (a hulking brute) is the tribe's leader.
