NPC Introduction (Ameiko Kaijitsu)

Retired adventurer Ameiko had returned to Sandpoint 6 years prior, where she bought and renovated the Rusty Dragon Inn.
Mocked by her father, nobleman Lonjiku, she focuses entirely on her new career.

Even though it is located in the south end of town, most residents know the place.
For Ameiko has a radiant presence about her, and she can cook amazingly.

And therefore it was not surprising that her lunch, curry-spiced salmon was voted best of the day. Leaving Hagfish' lobster chowder far behind.

She had a great day, hard work always kept her thoughts distracted and lately her father was behaving strange.
Ameiko did not want to please his need for her attention, besides she knew that he had reconnected with his 'son' recently.

The festival neared its end and she was running late for the Prayer of Dreaming recited Father Zanthus.
She was halfway when the Thunderstone struck, and then her adventuring life flashed back.

Ameiko joined some guards and took down a few who started to chant their Goblin Song.
Within minutes the fighting was over, but the chaos endured.
Residents hid in their, or other people's, houses.
Town guards patrolled the streets.
Several buildings burned a little a many homes were damaged.


Later that evening Lord Aldern returned and after his story, Ameiko offered the four friends free room and board for a few days.
To get a good night's sleep as well as a full stomach.

The next day she cleaned the place and offered shaken neighbours a place to relax.
That evening Lord Aldern returned with a whole boar, taken down by his newfound friends.
He offered to host a feast at the Rusty Dragon for all who wanted to come in. Money would be no issue and Ameiko would be compensated the next day.

Trusting Lord Foxglove Ameiko gladly accepted.
