Ruled by the dreaded Lady of Pain, a mystery cerdited with enormous power, it has portals leading everywhere (if you have the right key).
No connection to the Ethereal Plane exist and you can't Call or Summon creatures into or out of Sigil.
The city is divided into six regions, called Wards.
Lower Ward, The Lady's Ward, Market Ward, Guildhall Ward, Clerk's Ward, The Hive.
Anon Imus stepped through the Planar Portal, going from the Material Plane to Sigil in the blink of an eye. Arriving dead center in the Market Ward's Grand Bazaar he is pushed aside by a shopping Devil and his entourage.
Bewildered the fighter shuffles out of the way and to the gutter, there a beggar holds up one hand and Anon absentmindedly hands him the portal key.
Back on the Material Plane, Abeir-Toril, Touvren decides to drag the called Yochlol (handmaiden of Lolth) with them through the Portal.
Without knowing their destination it proved to be a masterful move.
As they all arrive in the Grand Bazaar the locals recognize the Planar connection of the changing Priestess and quickly move out of its way.
Not wanting all the attention the three join Anon at the side and watch the scene unfold.
The Yochlol itself also realizes its location and vainly tries to Plane Shift back.
The Dabus arrive and hold the public at bay with large floating symbols and a stern expression. Then, from above (other side of Sigil) a beam of white light touches down onto the Yochlol and it is disintegrated on the spot..
Amazed the four Heroes from Faerùn keep watching as the locals return to their bussiness.
With the beggar gone, Tereus stops a Tout (Guide) and asks where they are and what city this is.
After offering this information for free, the tout asks for 100 gold pieces to help them further.
And so the heroes explore the great city of Sigil wthout him.
"Listen to us. Scuttle very carefully. Demons are triple liars, but angels are eager to make you martyrs. Go, and trust neither Heaven nor Hell.
We mean victory for you and defeat for the Spider Queen.
Trust no one."
A hundred children's voices echo in the minds of Anon, Touvren, Jack and Tereus.

Trust is earned, never given away.
We should take this advice more to heart. We always trust people too easily.
I, Tereus, fortune's friend and a ninja by profession should really know better..
People are always getting us to do things we later regret.
Oh well, let's see if the inn-owner will keep true to his word and will help us defeat
the drow and stop Lolth

When Mystra called upon me I never could have guessed saying yes would bring me here...
We weren't prepared for this...
Now we have to make do
That brings back a memory Mystra spoke to me in my dreams. She needed a trusty follower to aid a group of adventurers. They are on a mission and are in need of assistance.
I didn't think twice and said yes.
It seems like a long time a go that I was home with the family.
It feels like i'm a million miles from home.
Oh wait, I am a million miles from home.
Lets find us a temple and find some help in our Quest to fight te faul Drow invading our lands.

I think it is no longer a secret that I'm a Changeling, a shapeshifter, disguised as a human.
A disguise I needed because of prejudice surrounding the 'other' races on my home plane.
Now that me and my allies Tereus, Jack and Touvren have done heroic deeds to better our plane, and possibly some part of the multiverse, I feel that it no longer is necessity to hide my true self.
Though my shapeshifting ability strengthens me and makes me more hearthy and versatile...
Now in this strange and new world, Sigil to be exact, I feel there are more great deeds to come for us.
And then there is Rule-Of-Three, the inn-keeper of the Styx Oarsman.
Seemingly a demon lord of which we of course cannot trust any word, he seems to have the same goal as we currently have: Stop the drow and Lolth from gaining a bigger foothold.
What was that saying? My enemies' enemy is my friend? I guess that applies here...
So let's take a look in the Tower of the Prophet, and see if the demon is true to his word...

Trust, It's difficult who to trust. We must found out who to trust voor making our home plane better.
Among with mij friends Terus, Touvren en Anon, we will do what we think we have to do.
Mij skills as invisible blade will help me to survive.
